Corgulas Küche
Der Mittelpunkt im Leben einer Küchenhexe ist ihre Küche. Irgendwie logisch.
Es gibt dort (fast) alles, was Küchenhexen zum Leben und für die Herumhexerei so brauchen und es sind wahrlich magische Orte.
In Corgulas Küche wird also nicht nur gehext, gebraut, gekocht und gebacken, sondern auch genäht, gemalt, geschrieben, dekoriert und vieles mehr.
Corgula hat z.B. immer eine direkte Connection zum Weihnachtsmann (auch im Juli) und was das Beste ist, sie hat ein magisches Küchenfenster!

In Corgula's kitchen, not only is witchcraft, brewed, cooked and baked,
but also sewn, painted, written, decorated and much more.

Hallo Ihr Lieben,
wie Ihr vielleicht bemerkt hattet, hatten wir zum Jahreswechsel ein klitzekleines Problem mit unserer schönen Kaffeeklatsch-Seite,
welches durch einen Hack von Kundendateien entstanden war, nicht hier, nicht durch mich verursacht und ich möchte auch nicht veröffentlichen,
wen es genau betraf, um es nicht noch unnötig zu pushen.
Allerdings hat es mir deutlich gezeigt, wie unüberschaubar und kaum kontrollierbar die Kaffeeklatsch-Seite für mich war und mit über 5000 Dateien nur für unser bissel "Geplauder"
war sie auch ein unkalkulierbares Risiko und ich wusste lange nicht, wie ich "Corgula's Welt" so umklempnern soll, dass es trotzdem funktioniert und Spaß macht.
Die jetzige Version hat darum nun leider keine reine Kaffeeklatsch-Seite, sprich Chat-Funktion mehr,
aber vielleicht bietet uns die Kommentarfunktion auf Youtube ja ähnliche Möglichkeiten.
Ich dachte, wir probieren es mal aus und schauen, wie es so läuft...
Ansonsten gibt es ja auch immer noch die gute alte E-Mail...;-)

Hello everyone,
as you may have noticed, we had a tiny problem with our wonderful Kaffeeklatsch page at the turn of the year,
which was caused by a hack of customer files, not here, not caused by me and I don't want to publish it either,
Who exactly it affected so as not to push it unnecessarily.
However, it clearly showed me how unmanageable and hard to control the Kaffeeklatsch site was for me and with over 5000 files just for our little "chatter".
It was also an incalculable risk and for a long time I didn't know how to retinker "Corgula's World" so that it would still work and be fun.
The current version so unfortunately no longer has a pure Kaffeeklatsch page, i.e. a chat function,
but perhaps the comment function on YouTube offers us similar options.
I thought we'd give it a try and see how it goes....
Otherwise there is still the good old email...;-)

Corgulas Gurkenwasser 10.07.2023
Ein Erfrischungsgetränk für heiße Tage. Die Einen nennen es Gurken-Smoothie, die Anderen Lassie, Corgula nennt es ihr Gurkenwasser.
Ihr benötigt dazu den Saft einer grünen Salatgurke (entweder einen Entsafter benutzen oder die Gurke raspeln und den Saft auspressen).
Gewürzt wird der Saft mit Salz, Pfeffer, 1 Spritzer Zitronensaft, frischen Dillspitzen und etwas Rohrzucker oder Ahornsirup und dann kalt gestellt.
So, wie es jetzt ist, ist es ein kühler Drink, z.B. als Pause bei der Gartenarbeit.
Wenn Ihr der Mischung noch einen Löffel Crème fraîche (alternativ geht auch Joghurt, etc.) hinzufügt und alles mit einem Mixer oder Schneebesen kräftig aufschäumt,
wird daraus ein perfekter Feierabendgenuss, frisch, lecker, gesund und ganz ohne Alkohol. Kann noch dekoriert werden mit Dill und Zitronenscheibchen.

p.s. die schöne Kerze, die partout mit auf's Bild wollte, ist übrigens Corgulas Sommersonnenwendkerze...:-)
p.p.s. der Gurkentrester ist immer noch voller Vitamine und Spurenelemente und wird (z.B. vermischt mit einem Klecks frischem Joghurt) so
zum perfekten Sommersnack für die DragonCorgs: kühl, leicht, kalorienarm und das Gemüse ist bereits so aufbereitet, wie es ihr Organismus braucht.
Corgula's cucumber water 07/10/2023
A refreshing drink for hot days. Some call it cucumber smoothy, others lassie, Corgula call it her cucumber water.
You need the juice of a fresh green cucumber (either use a juicer or grate the cucumber and squeeze out the juice).
The juice have to spiced with salt, pepper, a dash of lemon juice, fresh dill sprigs and some cane sugar or maple syrup and then chilled.
As it is now, it is a cool drink, e.g. as a break from gardening.
If you add a spoonful of crème fraîche to the mixture (alternatively you can also use yoghurt, etc.) and froth everything up vigorously with a mixer or whisk,
it becomes a perfect after-work treat, fresh, delicious, healthy and completely alcohol-free. Can still be decorated with dill and lemon slices.

p.s. by the way, the beautiful candle that absolutely wanted to be in the picture is Corgula's summer solstice candle...:-)
p.p.s. the cucumber pomace is still full of vitamins and trace elements and is mixed (e.g. with a dollop of fresh yoghurt) like this
the perfect summer snack for the DragonCorgs: cool, light, low in calories and the vegetable is already prepared in the way their organism needs.

Nachtrag Ostern 07.05.2023
Ja, zugegeben, Ostern ist schon ein bissel her. Aber es dauert immer länger, mit diesen Website-Gemurkse, als ich das vorher wahrhaben will.
Trotzdem möchte ich Euch unsere bunten Ostereier 2023 nicht vorenthalten. Kochen und Färben in einem Arbeitsgang, ging Ratz-Fatz, hat Spaß gemacht und
die Farben sind auch noch "Natur". Allerdings nicht vegan, wenn Ihr wisst was ich meine, wenn ich "Cochenillerot" sage...;-)
Postscript Ostern 05/07/2023
Yes, admittedly, Easter was a bit ago. But it always takes longer than I want to admit with these website messes...;-)
Nevertheless, I don't want to withhold our colorful Easter eggs 2023 from you. Cooking and coloring in one step was a snap, it was fun and
the colors are even "natural". However, not vegan, if you know what I mean when I say "cochineal red"...;-)
